HSBC asked us to help five international markets align on how Wealth and Personal Banking teams should communicate around sustainability - confidently, consistently and without greenwashing risk. We created a global set of guidelines and unifying themes that strengthened credibility while delivering genuine value to higher-income customers.

To support effective delivery, we built a messaging and execution framework driven by real-time data, helping teams map conversations, identify audience priorities and choose the most cost-efficient channels.
